Cairnbaan Community Trust is exploring the potential purchase of the former Forestry and Land Scotland buildings adjacent to Lock 8. These could become a vibrant hub for the community.
We need to make sure that our plans meet local peoples’ needs and have support in our community. Please take 10 minutes to fill out our community survey and tell us what you want to see happening at the buildings!

There will also be some paper copies of the survey that will be available from Sunday 28th April in the Phonebox. Please return completed copies to the Phonebox.
You will also see posters on the community notice board located at the bus stop and at MacPOOL displaying a QR code that you can use to download the survey to your phone.
It would be good to have as many surveys completed as possible so that Community Enterprise have a clear understanding of Cairnbaan’s needs.

Community Event
We will also be hosting a Community Event at MacPOOL on May 11th between 11am and 3pm.
This is a drop-in event and will be held in the foyer to hear about plans and ask questions. Free tea & coffee with cake will be available.
